A. Right of Withdrawal Information

Introduction

Consumers have the right to withdraw under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Camron Colbert, MyShibu, Schneidmühlweg 58, 63741 Aschaffenburg, Germany, Tel.: 015236379272, E-Mail: sacobusiness10@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website https://myshibu.com/pages/widerrufsbelehrung. If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g., via email) confirm the receipt of such withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is significant for their production or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

The right of withdrawal expires early in contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging along with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us postage due.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
